About CrewWork
CrewWork Inc. builds an autonomous software delivery platform that runs entirely inside your network. It plans, implements, validates, and releases software on infrastructure you control, with models you choose, and it accepts only evidence it produced itself as proof that work is done.

Who it is for
CrewWork starts with the technical founder or small engineering team whose production errors and backlog arrive faster than the team can safely finish them. It turns that work into changes a person can confidently review without continuously supervising a coding agent.
It also fits regulated and source-residency-constrained organizations: one deployment on your own hardware, against an OpenAI-compatible endpoint, including open-weight models on your own GPUs.
Why it is built differently
Every coding agent competes on the inner loop, and that loop is becoming a commodity. CrewWork is built as the durable system around it, with the coding agent as a swappable part.
How CrewWork comparesTalk to the founder.
CrewWork is built and running as a single-host deployment and is not yet generally available. If your production errors and backlog outrun your team, or your source can’t leave your network, Scott would like to hear how you work.
